(2) publish notice in accordance with IC 5-3-1 of the date, time, and place for a public sale of the certificates of sale that is not earlier than ninety (90) days after the last date the notice is published; and (3) sell each certificate of sale covered by the resolution for a price that: (A) is less than the minimum sale price prescribed by Section 6-1.1-24-6.1 - Public sale by county executive of certificates of sale; notice Section 6-1.1-24-6.2 - Transfer of property to the city or town in which the property is located Section 6-1.1-24-6.3 - Conditions of sale of certificates of sale by IC 6-1.1-24-2 and IC 61.1- -24-2.2 at a public place of posting in the county courthouse or in another public county building at least twenty -one (21) days before the earliest date of application for judgment. In addition, the county auditor shall publish the notice required in IC 61.1-24-2 and IC 6- 1.1- -24-2.2 in the IC 6-1.1-24-6; or (C) person that purchased the certificate of sale on the property under IC 6-1.1-24.
